Faclair na Sgoile Privacy Policy

When you look up a word using the Faclair na Sgoile add-on, that word is sent to the Stòrlann web service for the Faclair na Sgoile dictionary.

No other information about you or your documents is transmitted to Stòrlann, and we do not make any attempt to identify you or anything about you.

The API is stateless and does not retain information about successive lookups. The webserver does log your requesting IP address, which is retained for 30 days only. However, even this is not your actual IP address but a Google-docs registered one.

The service does not use or rely on any tracking cookies or other privacy-infringing technology.
