An t-Alltan 2010 -
A Conference for Gaelic teachers from Stòrlann
Join us at the Drumossie Hotel in Inverness to have a look at new initiatives for teaching and learning.
An t-Alltan gives Gaelic teachers the opportunity to come together and explore new resources and related learning and teaching developments through a series of keynote speeches and workshops. All are connected to new resources produced or in development by Stòrlann Nàiseanta na Gàidhlig.
The conference is free for teachers and there are 50 places for nursery/primary staff and 50 for high school. Initially, one place is reserved for each school and then places will be allocated on a first come, first served basis: The earlier you book, the more likely you are to secure a place.
Stòrlann will pay accommodation for teachers each night in the Drumossie Hotel or the Kingsmills Hotel. Please indicate on the booking form whether accommodation is required, and if so for how many nights.
NB Please inform Stòrlann before 30 September if a delegate who has booked accommodation is not able to attend or an invoice (at £80 per head for each night) will be sent to the relevant school/local authority.
